Wedluxe Spring Print Magazine Feature

It’s so lovely to be featured in the new print magazine of Wedluxe! We have a Glitterati feature with the pink tulle Este gown, as well as bride Sarah and Shawn’s summer wedding in it! Sarah wore two designs from us, as well as a custom veil. We also created custom silk bowties for the ring bearers, and a custom silk tie and pocket square for groom Shawn.

Maximalist Monogram- Wedluxe

A maximalist wedding theme gives couples free rein to explore everything they love, from cheeky neon signs to vibrant colours. There are no rules with a maximalist approach to a wedding, so go bold or go home.

The Inspiration

Sunflowers are a statement flower, bold, bright, and beautiful. This rustic chic sunflower setup is a wonderful choice for adding a touch bold and rich color, and highlights the fall or winter season at its best without overwhelming an arrangement or draw the eye away from the bride. For an ethereal and rustic feel, incorporate a sunflower or two into an organic bundle of other wildflowers. To make things feel as organic as possible, we left the stems exposed, and incorporated a stunning wood arch and tables to provide a cozy and fruitful atmosphere. The combination of cotton paper, ink illustrations, and just a hint of gold makes this rustic invitation suite a fantastic choice to set the tone for an organic autumn outdoor wedding. The bright and playful sunflowers can bring joy, and ease the atmosphere around your wedding. There is something so romantic and wonderful about a wedding designed around sunflowers. Roma Sunset-Wedding Bells

An ethereal, Italian garden inspired bridal shoot that’s featured on Wedding Bells Magazine.

The Seraphina gown was featured in this golden hour editorial.

It was such a gorgeous evening for a shoot at Campbell Valley Park in the country. Horses and riders were walking back from the trails that go through fairytale woods and fields. We actually had one of the horses model in the shoot! It’s a good thing that model Kelsey is a pro with horses. Such a fun shoot!

It was a joy to create the dreamy tulle Maya gown for this waterside celebration.

Newly engaged couple Katie and Steve knew it might be a while until they could have their dream wedding due to guest count and travel restrictions, so they decided to celebrate this year with a ‘promise ceremony’. Alouette Lake played the part in providing our couple with a local destination that offered the perfect backdrop to their unique and elegant micro event. Wedding Planner Melanie Leung from Keepsake Events created an intimate and meaningful celebration showcasing how a smaller event can be an enhancement, not hindrance, as more time can be spent on the details and creating intimacy.

The inspiration for Katie and Steve’s evening was to highlight the natural beauty around them which they had more time to enjoy together this year. We echoed the calming lake and mountains by focusing on a soft blue and grey colour scheme, which was also reflected in Hannah Tikkanen’s enchanting dress.
